Eco Bonded Safety Surface
This surface tends to be utilised more by schools and playgroups who require a solid surface for different school activities. Every situation is different, but normally involves a membrane or hardcore being laid in order to create a
solid surface before the product is applied. This can be carried out by a groundworker, landscaper, builder or even a competent DIY person using our guidance notes. If you prefer, we can arrange for one of our installers to carry out a site visit and we can manage the full installation for you from start to finish.
We have a range of colours and if you click on following colour options, this will provide you with an enlarged picture of the product and the colour.
Loosefill Chippings
Our loosefill chippings can be laid within a few hours and will last for years. They can be laid directly onto concrete, paving or any other hard surface. If you prefer to utilise an area of your lawn, installation is simple. Just remove the turf, lay a membrane and then lay the chippings and the job is done. Alternatively you can create a raised area by firstly installing edging strips and then laying the membrane and chippings as before.
Please note - The pictures of the product are only a
representation, colour may vary from one production batch to another Important notes regarding the role of Eco Bark in resin bonded installations:
We are producers of rubber chippings and supply a resin binder. When the two products are combined together this will create a resin bonded surface. This surface can be as much as 70% cheaper than wet pour systems and can be provided in a variety of colours. There are many organisations that can install this surface for you or we can contact one of our sub-contracted installations teams for you if you prefer. We can provide you with guidelines, which are for information purposes only and can be given to your own installers, but we cannot take responsibility if your installer does not provide you with a satisfactory surface due to inexperience etc.
